- AI Solutions & Developer API: AI integrations, automation tools, and third-party developer services
Additional service-specific terms, pricing, and service level agreements may apply and will be presented to you when you subscribe to or purchase a specific service.
Account Registration and Responsibilities

Data, Content, and Intellectual Property

- HyndSyte Property: HyndSyte retains all rights to our platform, software, trademarks, logos, and proprietary technology.
Service-Specific Terms
AI Phone Agents and Phone Systems
These services involve AI-powered and traditional telephony features. You agree to comply with all applicable telecommunications laws, including anti-robocall regulations, consent requirements, and do-not-call rules. Call recordings, transcripts, and voicemails may be stored and processed to provide and improve these services.
Web Hosting
Web Hosting services are provided subject to acceptable resource usage, content restrictions, and our acceptable use policy. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data, securing your applications, and complying with all applicable laws regarding hosted content.
Custom Software, Integrations & Automation
Custom development projects are governed by separate statements of work, timelines, and deliverables. Integrations and automation may depend on third-party services, and we are not responsible for changes or outages caused by third-party platforms.
CRM, Portals & Business Operating Systems
You are responsible for the accuracy and lawful handling of any customer, employee, or business data stored in these systems. You must comply with applicable data protection laws when using these services to manage personal information.
AI Solutions & Developer API
API access is provided subject to rate limits, authentication requirements, and acceptable use policies. We may monitor API usage to prevent abuse and ensure platform stability.
Communications and SMS Messaging
As part of using HyndSyte services, we may communicate with you via email, SMS, phone, or in-app notifications. By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to our SMS messaging service, you agree to receive text messages from HyndSyte. Our SMS messaging program includes:

- Marketing Messages: Promotional content, special offers, and product updates (only with your explicit consent)
- Support Communications: Customer service responses and support-related information

You are responsible for any fees charged by your mobile carrier for receiving SMS messages from our service. HyndSyte is not responsible for any carrier charges incurred as a result of using our SMS messaging service.

The frequency of messages you receive will depend on your interaction with our services, the type of messages you have subscribed to, and your account activity. Message frequency may include:
